Welcome.

In 2021, we purchased a Victorian former village hall in Terrington St. Clement, Norfolk. The owners had turned the entire main space into a skate bowl, to skateboard and ride BMX bikes in. We couldn’t look away- we saw the promise of the property and knew it had to be ours. Over the next 2 1/2 years, we painstakingly refurbished the entire space, transforming it into a much-loved family home and shoot location.

St. Clements Hall measures approximately 2500 square feet, and it’s set over two levels. The main reception area has double height white timber ceilings, and measures approximately 1100 square feet. There is a large kitchen and dining room, three double bedrooms, and four bathrooms. We have a modest garden at the rear and a drive for three vehicles. Large gates can be shut to give you complete privacy for the duration of your shoot.

With our decade-long experience as location owners, we’ve tried to think of all the extra details which would appeal to potential clients looking for a filming and photography location in Norfolk. There is extensive exposed brickwork, copious original features, exposed beams, industrial lighting, original timber flooring and muted wall colours throughout. We benefit from south and west facing natural light and you have the ability to black out if you choose. Have a look at our details page for all the amenities available.
