September 2020: Saint Clements Hall in its previous incarnation- a home with a skate bowl installed.
February 2021: The removal of the skate bowl and first peek at what lay underneath.
2021: interior scaffolding, roof insulated, ceiling painted, rewiring and replumbing of the entire house, heating system and boiler installed, walls and ceilings removed, new walls and ceilings created, paint scraped off brickwork, new windows installed, concrete pad poured for a spiral staircase which was never built, structural steel installed, beginnings of bathrooms.
2022: two new rooms built, more windows replaced, new doors installed, timber treated, kitchen built from scratch, walls plastered, staircase and upper walkway fitted, painting and decorating started, first Christmas in the house celebrated!
